​I'm Angela and I live in the Scottish Borders with my husband and our three beautiful children. As a family we enjoy being outdoors, walking, cycling and when we are brave enough to do it with three children, we love to go camping. I am a self-professed Home & Away fan and enjoy a little escape to Summer Bay when the kids are in bed!
Being a mum of three can be very busy which is why I love the flexibility of being a Virtual Assistant. My job has allowed me to develop genuine relationships with wonderful business owners. Nothing makes me prouder than knowing I’ve made someone's life a little bit easier by taking some of that load off that comes with running a business.
My story
After taking some time out to raise our family, it was time to re-enter the working world.
With over 10 years' experience providing administrative and project support within multidisciplinary project offices; a degree in Event Management; and a high dose of the entrepreneurship bug, I took the opportunity to combine all of my skills and knowledge and create something for myself.
Setting up The Virtual Addition and being a Virtual Assistant has not only allowed me the flexibility I needed for family life but has also provided me with the freedom to do exactly what I love.
